ATTENTION:
1) The lists of finalists are available in the section "Laureates 2019, Moscow" (instructions for finalists are also posted here);
2) At the exhibition in the Moscow Gostiny Dvor, winners / laureates in each category who take 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place are exhibited;
3) All participants of the "WATERCOLORium" competition in Moscow are published in a catalog, a printed version will be delivered to Gostiny Dvor on Saturday, and it is possible to purchase it at the award ceremony (the price will be indicated on December 10);
